Winter Care

During the winter is some of the toughest times a bird will face in its life, but you can ease the hardship just by following some of these tips

Suet/Fat feed: This is the time where birds have the hardest trouble finding enough calories to give them the energy they need to make it though to spring, so giving them this feed from our garden centre is the best way to get them that dietry requirement they need!

Frozen Water: Making sure that the water in the bowl is still a liquid is a sure way to help out as well as topping up the bowl for your feathery friends.

Shelter: Providing shelter during these harsh months can give them some respite ready for the mating season.
